Payment for all courses must be made in advance: Cheques payable to St Luke's Hospice or request an invoice. Cancellations made less than 14 days before start date will incur a 50% charge; cancellations made less than 7 days before start date will incur full charge. Substitutions may be made at any time up to start date.
If there are insufficient bookings for a course, St Luke's reserves the right to cancel. This decision will be taken no later than 1 week before the course start date and all potential participants will be informed as soon as possible.

Free 2 hour awareness sessions can be delivered within your setting at a time and date to suit you. Support will continue to be given by our End of Life Care Facilitators - Judith Talbot and Nicky Jefferies after your training and they are always available to contact for any queries you may have.
Certificates of attendance will be provided on completion.
