SECTION TWO

COURSES FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE STAFF WORKING IN PLYMOUTH
AND DEVON

Due to SHA Funding to support the delivery of End of Life Care Education across ALL Health and Social Care Settings in PLYMOUTH, St Luke's Services have the exciting opportunity of offering you FREE  places on the following Foundation and Intermediate Level Courses.
Due to limited places each work setting will only be allocated a maximum of 2 places per course. Non-Attendance of a booked place will accrue the following penalty fees of:
£20 per 1/2 day, £45 per 1 day, £135 per 3 day course.

As further funding becomes available we plan to extend this provision to all PCTs across the locality.
