There are many ways to help us, which do not involve giving money!

The Gem Appeal – go ‘green’ and recycle your unwanted jewellery, precious gems, watches, gold or silver – we can turn it all into cash.
Drake’s Fine Jewellers will sell on any good quality gems for us or will send it to auction. It’s a great way to recycle odd earrings or broken gold chains. Within a 12-month period we have raised over £14,000 in this way. Drake's Fine Jewellers do not charge for this kind service.

Professional services too are welcome and all count as a Gift in Kind. Photographers at events, organists, choirs and musicians for our Light up a Life services, skipper of the boat for our boat event, lorry and driver for Lord Mayors Day, electricians; the list is endless – if you have a skill or a talent, we can use it!

We often get a variety of items donated from hand quilted covers, tea-sets and pictures to heirlooms, stamp and coin collections. We will sell it on eBay or take it to the auction rooms to turn it into cash.





If you've got an old phone that your not using and don't know what to do with it, why not recycle it and raise funds for St Luke's. All you have to do is contact our Supporter Relations team on 01752 492626 and we will send you an envelope for you to pop your phone in, and send back to us. It's as easy as that!
