Dedicate a Memory Boat

Join us in remembering loved ones to support our bereavement care

When someone special to you dies, it can be the most difficult of times. We understand this and it’s why St Luke’s continues to provide vital emotional support for our patients’ families after their loved one has passed away.

If you have lost somebody close, dedicating a virtual Memory Boat to them in return for a donation to St Luke’s is a heart-warming way to remember that precious person while supporting our bereavement care in your community.

We have chosen boats as our symbol of remembrance recognising that, while grief is different for everyone, it is natural for bereavement to feel stormy at times, calm at others and everything in between.

Your donation to St Luke’s will help us continue being the friendly listening ear and trusted support people need as they learn to navigate life after their loss.

You can share a memory of your loved one by choosing to make your boat visible to others, or keep it private for yourself. Either way, your support is so appreciated – it helps ensure your community is a kinder place for people living with bereavement.

How to dedicate your Memory Boat

It couldn’t be easier to dedicate a boat to the person you want to remember. Simply upload their photograph and write your memory in tribute them, then choose to make your boat public or keep it private for you.
