• Entrants must be female, aged 11 years and above.

  • Please note places are limited and you cannot register on the night.

  • The registration fee is £18. Your entry fee only covers the cost of your participation of the event and is non refundable. This event pack includes your t-shirt, timing chip and wristband. We ask every lady taking part to aim to raise as much money as they can to support St Luke’s Hospice.

  • All entrants must register in advance either via the registration website or complete a paper registration form.  All entries will be processed in the order we receive them. Closing date will be one week prior to event, subject to availability. We advise getting your registration in early to avoid disappointment.

  • You are not permitted to use any of the sponsorship money you raise to pay for your expenses. All sponsorship money given to you must be passed directly to St Luke’s Hospice.

  • You are not permitted to ‘give’ your place to anyone else. If you are unable to walk on the night, please contact the fundraising team ASAP on 01752 492626.

  • Unfortunately we cannot accommodate dogs on the walk, except Assistance dogs.

  • Alcohol is STRICTLY prohibited when on route.

  • By taking part in the event you implicitly authorise the future use of your photograph or film for publicity purposes.

  • We reserve the right to change the fees, event details, prizes and any aspect of event management organsation.

  • The Midnight Walk is not a race, therefore walkers are not allowed to run or jog. You can power walk, but no walker is permitted to pass the nominated lead walkers.

  • Walk times will be published after the event on the St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth website. www.stlukesmidnightwalk.co.uk

Parental Consent

11 to 16 year olds must be accompanied by a female parent or guardian at all times. The parent or guardian must register for the event.
17 year olds must give consent to take part but can walk the route without being accompanied by a female adult.
