Springtime Photography Competition – Terms and Conditions
- Entrants to this competition will be in two categories: Under 16 entrants (must include that they are U16 in their post) must have permission from an appropriate adult to participate or make a donation on the entrant’s behalf. Over 16 category must include that they are O16 in their post, and if under 18 must have permission from an appropriate adult to donate to St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth.
- Mobile phone photos only will be accepted into the competition, photos must be taken by the person submitting the entry.
- No limit on numbers of entries per person.
- The winner will be chosen by local photographer Paul Slater after the closing date. Winners will be notified by Tuesday 4th May 2021
- Paul Slater’s decision is final.
- We will not share your personal details with third parties.
- The winners will be notified by social media. If the chosen winners do not respond within two weeks, an alternative winner will be chosen.
- The winner’s details will be available by contacting St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth no earlier than six weeks (unless otherwise stated) after the close of the competition. Only the surname and county of the winner will be disclosed.
- No cash alternative for any prizes will be offered.
- The winner may be asked to partake in media activity relating to the competition and by entering this competition you give full permission for St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth to use your competition photograph for social media or other publicity.
- Please read government COVID-19 guidelines/restrictions before taking your photo.
- Permission must be obtained by any persons featured in the photo prior to posting on social media, including parental/guardian permission for any person aged 18 or under.
- St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth will monitor photo submission daily and will remove any inappropriate or confidential content.
- Fundraising staff at St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth or other persons who are directly involved in this competition are not eligible to enter.
- Due to the current outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19), delivery of the prize may take longer than usual. We will keep in touch with prize winner regarding delivery.
