Community spirit shines bright as Plympton street supports St Luke’s

Christmas lights bring community spirit to Plympton

Residents of Redvers Grove in Plympton, Plymouth have come together to light up their street in a dazzling display of festive cheer – all to raise vital funds for St Luke’s.

Each of the neighbours on the street have adorned their houses and gardens with illuminating white Christmas lights, a tradition which started 24 years ago and has since grown as more and more people have moved to the street.

The residents are encouraging people to come along and visit the street, admire the lights and make a donation to St Luke’s. There is a QR code on the lamp posts or you can donate online by clicking here.

Redvers Grove resident Sharon Leach, said: “We enjoy seeing it bring so much happiness to everybody when they walk up in awe of the lights.”
