We know that being diagnosed with a life-limiting condition, or supporting someone who has, can feel overwhelming. The same is true when you’re grieving the loss of someone you love. You don’t have to go through it alone.
Our team is here to support you through this difficult time, focusing on what matters most to you and what you want to achieve.
We can offer:
- One-to-one emotional support
- Face-to-face or telephone appointments
- A safe space to talk through your thoughts and feelings
Whether you need a listening ear, guidance, or just someone to sit with you, we’re here.
If you’re experiencing a mental health crisis and need immediate help, please call NHS 111 and select the mental health option. You can also contact your GP or visit your local A&E if you feel you’re in danger or need urgent support.
