Tour de Moor 2026: Ride Dartmoor, ride for hospice care

Tour de Moor returns on Sunday 11 October 2026

It’s not just the trails, the climbs, or even the thrill of riding through Dartmoor’s wild landscape, that brings people back to our Tour de Moor year on year, it’s the shared sense of purpose. It’s the feeling you get when you finish, knowing every km cycled has helped someone in your local community.

On Sunday 11 October, our Tour de Moor returns, big, bold, challenging and full of heart. Sponsored by Pyramid AV and start line sponsor Eden Clinic, it is set to be a day of epic proportions.

Whether you ride for the challenge, the scenery, or the cause, Tour de Moor stays with you long after the mud has washed off.

A ride for everyone

Tour de Moor has built its reputation as a tough, adrenaline-filled cycling event. But at its core, it’s inclusive. It’s designed so anyone can take part, no matter their age or ability.

There are three routes to choose from:

Beast Mode – 53km

For those who want to push themselves.
This is Tour de Moor at its fiercest – a demanding route designed to test your fitness, skill, and endurance. Last year we refined this route using rider feedback to make it even better.
Minimum age: 12
Entry fee: £40

Adventurer Style – 28km

A rewarding ride with its own challenges.
This route follows parts of the Granite and Gears Cycle Trail, offering a mix of terrain and stunning views across Dartmoor.
Minimum age: 9
Entry fee: £40

Mini-Moor – 11km

Perfect for families and younger riders.
A family friendly ride along Drake’s Trail, giving everyone the chance to be part of the day.
Entry fee: £20

Why your ride matters

Your entry fee helps us deliver the event. But it’s your fundraising that makes the real difference. Every pound raised supports hospice care in our community. It helps families stay together, cared for at home during the most difficult times. Here’s what that means in real terms: If every rider raises just £100, together we could fund care for 100 families at home.
